con la presente Vi informiamo che a causa degli aumenti di costi delle strutture di gate dei terminal di Genova, affrontati per fare fronte all’emergenza sanitaria Covod19, a partire dal giorno 01.10.2021 le seguenti voci subiranno l’aumento di € 1,50: “Terminal Gate & Security Fee (PSA Genova Voltri)”: € 7,50/unità di carico – “Port Gate Fee (Genova S. Benigno)”: € 7,50/unità di carico.
Tale incremento trova giustificazione negli specifici investimenti attuati dai terminal per adattare gli ambienti di lavoro alle nuove disposizioni in materia di prevenzione del contagio che obbligano all’adozione di rigide procedure finalizzate a garantire la continuità del servizio in condizioni di sicurezza.

La presente per informarvi che la Dogana di Genova applicherà sanzioni qualora nella casella 18 del documento T1 la targa del camion non risulti indicata o risulti inesatta.
La sanzione ammonta ad € 10 per ciascun collo dichiarato e può essere ridotta ad un quinto per tempestivo pagamento e rinuncia a qualsiasi contestazione.

we inform you that Genoa Custom will charge a sanction if on the field 18 of the T1 document, the plate number won’t be written or will be written wrong.
The sanction will be 10 € per each coil declared on the T1 document and it could be reduced to a fifth of the amount if it will be immediately paied to the Custom and if you give up on any disputes.

riceviamo comunicazione dall’Autorità Portuale che anche per gli ingressi e le uscite delle unità di carico presso il Terminal Bettolo, i transitari di varco riceveranno un addebito pari a 6 €/unità di carico.

L’addebito sarà retroattivo e pertanto da Gennaio 2021, tutti i transiti dal Terminal Bettolo, saranno da Saimare rifatturati per recuperare le spese ricevute.

we received communication from Port Authority that also for container entrance and exit at Terminal Bettolo customs brokers will be charged € 6/unit.
Such amount will be retroactive so, starting from January 2021, all containers passing through Terminal Bettolo will be subject to that charge from Saimare in order to cover those costs.

con la presente si rettifica parzialmente la circolare inviata ieri riguardo alla festività del Santo Patrono di Genova il giorno 24 giugno 2021.

Diversamente da quanto indicato, domani non sarà possibile flussare bolle che richiedano l’emissione di EUR1/ EUR-MED poiché tali documenti non potranno essere previdimati dalla dogana di competenza.

Inoltre i documenti T1 non potranno essere appurati, verranno solo manifestati i visti esternamente.

we partially amend yesterday’s communication about the Bank Holiday in Genoa on 24 June 2021.

Unlike what indicated, export declarations with EUR1/EUR-MED will not be issued tomorrow because such documents cannot be endorsed by the Customs afterwards.

Moreover, T1 documents will not be cleared, only export declarations issued by other customs will be cleared.

Comunicazione Fermo Servizi Autotrasporto Merci giugno 2021

il provvedimento in oggetto elenca le merci soggette a sorveglianza radiometrica; una norma ivi indicata prevedeva che entro il 30 aprile 2021 il MISE avrebbe emanato un apposito decreto per la conferma o la modifica di tale elenco.

Ciò premesso informiamo che, per effetto del decreto proroghe emanato ieri dal Consiglio dei Ministri, la suddetta scadenza (cioè l’emanazione del decreto MISE) è stata prorogata al 30 settembre prossimo.

the provision mentioned in the object lists the types of commodity that are subject to radiometric inspection. A norm indicated therein established that by 30/04/2021 MISE should have released a specific decree in order to confirm or change that list.

In the light of the above, we inform you that as a result of the extension Decree released by the Council of Ministers yesterday, such deadline (release of MISE decree) has been delayed to 30/09/2021.
