con la presente vi comunichiamo che ADM ha attivato un sistema di interoperabilità con il Comando Generale delle Capitanerie di Porto mediante il quale dispone della notifica della data di arrivo e partenza, effettivi, delle navi presso i porti nazionali.
Tale servizio, per quelle navi che non sono interessate dalla procedura di Smart Terminal / Sdoganamento in mare, consente la chiusura/convalida automatica del MMA al momento dell’effettivo arrivo del mezzo di trasporto, senza quindi intervento degli operatori economici o del competente ufficio delle dogane. A tal proposito, si sottolinea che gli operatori economici interessati non dovranno più effettuare la chiusura del manifesto merci in arrivo, ma dovranno attendere la chiusura automatica effettuata da AIDA all’arrivo effettivo della nave.
Di conseguenza, si rende necessario ricevere entro l’effettivo arrivo della nave in porto, la documentazione atta a dichiarare correttamente la spedizione a manifesto.
Se questo non dovesse avvenire l’operatore dovrà obbligatoriamente procedere con procedura di iscrizione postuma, che potrà avvenire solo a fine sbarco in seguito a dichiarazione del Terminal di avvenuto sbarco.
Si richiede pertanto, alle spettabili aziende di sensibilizzare un tempestivo inoltro della documentazione nei tempi previsti, in modo da poter evitare la suddetta procedura che comporterebbe come già descritto ritardi ed addebiti.
Ricordiamo che eventuali addebiti seguiranno le tariffe in essere.

we hereby inform you that the Customs and Monopolies Agency -ADM- has activated an interoperability system together with the General Command of Port Authority who have evidence of the actual date of vessel arrival and departure in/from national ports.
Such service – for those vessels that are not affected by Smart Terminal procedure/Customs clearance overboard – enables the automatic closure/validation of MMA upon the actual arrival of the means of transport, without any action required from economic operators or the Customs office in charge. In this regard, we point out that the involved economic operators will not have to close the Manifest for incoming goods anymore, they will just have to wait for the automatic closure carried out by AIDA at the moment of vessel arrival.
Consequently, we need to receive all the documents within the actual vessel arrival so that we can declare the shipment correctly in the Cargo Manifest. If that doesn’t happen, we will be forced to make a posthumous registration. This last one can only be accomplished at the end of vessel unloading operations, after a declaration from the Terminal that the vessel unloading has been completed.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to pay attention to this issue and promptly send us the required documents so that we can avoid the above mentioned procedure which would cause delays and extra costs.
We remind you that any possible extra charge will follow the existing tariffs.
